Planners of the "Anti-Monarchy" campaign declared that assemblies are planned at over 2,500 venues around the nation.
As per demonstration coordinators, the prior Anti-Monarchy gathering in June attracted more than five million attendees denouncing Trump's governmental agenda.
Governors in the Lone Star State and the Old Dominion have publicly deployed their local National Guard troops, though the level of armed forces involvement remains unknown.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott cited the "planned far-left associated protest" as reasoning for activating regional military personnel.
Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin correspondingly authorized deployment of the regional National Guard forces.
Rally coordinators portrayed the gatherings as resistance to Trump's "authoritarianism."
"The president thinks his power is unlimited," participants argue on their online platform.
"But in this country, we don't have absolute rulers and we won't back down against chaos, dishonesty, and brutality."
Various Republicans have labeled the rallies as "Anti-American" assemblies.
Kansas Senator Roger Marshall reportedly stated ahead of the demonstrations: "We'll have to deploy the National Guard."
"With luck it'll be calm. I have reservations," he continued.
Democratic figures denounced the deployment of state troops.
Texas Democrat Gene Wu asserted: "Dispatching weapon-carrying military personnel to control peaceful rallies is precisely what dictators and autocrats do — and Greg Abbott just shown he's one of them."
